My hrad starts paining when I remain in sunlight for long time. What ia the reason?

I believe because our eyes can only adjust to one level of brightness at a time. When we look at bright light, the iris contracts to let minimum light pass through. Many muscles of face and eye squeeze to make iris aperture as small as possible. And that's why the head aches. Try and avoid long exposure to sun and keep yourself hydrated. Drink plenty of water. Dehydration could also be one of the reasons of head-ache.
