I had quit smoking for the past 4 months and using nicotine gums. Since the past 3 months I got thrush at the back of my tongue, I consulted a doctor last month and used antibiotics, thrush paint, fluconazole and betadine gargles. I do not feel any improvement. Is it something serious? Please suggest.
