Any sexually rousing content gives me a boner and after long period of erection I feel pain in my left testicular area. Also, pain radiates upwards. My right testicle is bigger than left and the left one hangs a bit lower which I learnt is normal. The pain sometimes remains for a long time after an erection happens. I don't want to masturbate. The fluid automatically discharges from the penis after a while. For eg. If the erection happens in the night, the fluid will come off in the morning when I pee. I noticed that my left testicle is little different than right. The right testicle is sitting fine and the shape can be felt right away. The left testicle isn't placed the same way. Little tilted I may say. Please help me out with the pain. If there's any antibiotics I can use to help myself.

Hello- blue balls, known medically as epididymal hypertension (eh), can affect people with male genitals. It's not serious, but can cause pain and aching in the testicles after having an erection without an orgasm.
