2. Apply this tincture in diluted form , with cotton once a day .
3. wash your hands and feet with besan and curd , mix a pinch of turmeric also.
5. Apply rose water to  at night.
6. Apply cucumber juice+ lemon juice+ tomato juice .
7.Apply Multani mitti pack on the hands and feet ,wash it off after it dries.
