Take a break and walk for some time. 2] avoid bakery item, packaged food, fast food, fried food, rice, cold drink and sweets. 3] drink a glass of lukewarm water with one spoon honey and lime juice daily morning empty stomach. 4] take brisk walk daily. 5] eat a plate of salad before meal.
