Dear lybrate-user it would be best if you avoid sugar in the tea & keep it limited in your diet. The following 5 fruits should be avoided: chikoo, mango, banana, custard apple & grapes. For a detailed diet, would like to know your fasting & pp blood sugar levels. The rest of the fruits can be had in a limited quantity. Papaya can be consumed liberally.
