My period is delayed for 70 days ,my lmp was dec 30. We are trying for pregnancy. I took pregnancy upt test several times, even today. From past week I saw spotting three times and I have menstrual cramps, I am gaining weight, and face is full of acne, do not know what to do, can you please suggest what should I do?
