Dear lybrate-user, you are suffering from a clinical condition called phimosis. The conventional mode of treatment for phimosis is circumcision. However, before you undergo the surgery you can try the following process at home for at least one month:- 1) buy any local anaesthetic gel (e. G. Lidocaine, lignocaine, xylocaine) from allopathic retail shop. 2) apply small amount of that anaesthetic gel on the lower part of the glans of penis where the foreskin is attached. 3) try to retract the foreskin backwards. Due to the anaesthetic property of the gel you will be able to retract the foreskin more backwards than you cam do in normal times. 4) release the foreskin when you feel pain. 5) again repeat the same process. Do it continuously for 30 minutes daily. If you feel that your foreskin has not become loose even after one month then you should go for the surgery.
