Hello, first of all you should identify the reason or cause why you lick your lips.If you are doing this under stress then do :- Meditation, Yoga,Exercise, Anxiety medications, Getting more sleep, Picking up a new hobby.
*Try a bad taste lip balm.
*Distract yourself. If you find yourself licking your lips while doing a specific task, try and distract yourself by doing something else.
