Probably you are suffering from aphthous ulceration. Thus, suggesting you symptomatic management: 1. Use softer toothbrush. 2. Avoid hard, crusty, sharp, spicy, salty, and acidic foods and beverages that may irritate and increase pain of the ulcers. 3. Avoid use of toothpaste containing sodium lauryl sulphate (sls). 4. Avoid dehydration by drinking adequate fluids. 5. Salt winter rinses (1/2 tsp salt in 1 cup warm water) 3-4 times a day.
