I am a teacher giving home tuitions as well as teaching in class. My right arm (biceps) pains when I woke up daily in the morning after 3 to 4 hours it is ok. This happens on a daily basis should I go to physician or neurologist?

It is common if you sleep on same side too long. Start doing some exercises. Do some stretches daily. I am sure this will improve. If the biceps pain is accompanied with pain in chest, consult cardiologist immediately. If the biceps pain persists even after exercises you may consult neurologist to rule out any muscular dystrophy. Thank you ! I hope I helped you.
