To avoid recurrent headache, do anulom vilom pranayam regularly. Take tab vasograin 10 1 1 tab pantop 5 1 to avoid recurrence take tab flunarin 10mg 30 1 for 3 months.

Zand Baam or Iodex are counter irritant pain remedies. If no allergic both are same in mode of action. Simple Pain killer tablets like Paracetamol and Bed rest should help If not see your doctor
