Sir my face is totally dull and I have lost glowing skin which I was used to have earlier. So please give some useful tips.

Exercise will make you glow - vigorous exercise for two mins, rest for two and then again exercise for two. Altogether 15 mins or so. Your circulation and heart rate shud be elevated. Drink plenty of water. Use a skin scrub and alovera to end off.
