Hi dear, you should walk for 5 -10 min after each 1 hr. There are few physio exs which will help u. Sit on your chair. Move your ankles up and down, rotate them for 20 counts. Another exs is sit straight on chair. Now raise your leg up from your knee joint. Count 10 sec. And then lower down. Do this for 10 repetitions. There are more exs like you can stand on one leg for 10 counts. Lunges are there and many more. Bt these are easiest one. And I can not give demo also. So you can start with these. You will get relief for sure but you have to be regular. Do these exs everyday, 2 or 3 times in a day.
