In aug -2021, I clearly felt something move in right iliac region. immediately penis turned completely sideways.(i think there was a blood flow disruption. The pressure was lonely from left side, hence it was turned to right). After sometime it was corrected but contracted and went numb. After that, I got testicle pain, lower right abdominal tightness, lower back pain. My erections were soft, later I was unable to achieve any. Urologists diagnosed bilateral varicocele. Other symptoms are not diagnosed, stating they were un-related. None able to help me. After some research, I found that may thurner syndrome may cause bilateral varicocele and erectile dysfunction in some cases. Https://journals. Eco-vector.com/uroved/article/view/8693 it also stated that current urological and andrological guidelines do not require this to be checked in case of bilateral varicocele and erectile dysfunction. I am willing to undergo a complete vascular assessment. If anyone is willing to perform I will gladly consult.
