Hello, 30 year old male here. Have always had phimosis but never made a fuss about it and let it be. However of late, i've been having recurring uti's that don't get resolved with antibiotics. Have finally decided to get the old turtleneck snipped I just have a few doubts, i've already read a lot about the available procedures and my surgeon is comfortable with both laser and stapler and has left the decision to me. Is there any advantage picking one over the other with keeping in mind that i'm a grower? Would I be cut when the penis is hard at the maximum length? Would the frenulum be cut with both these procedures? I would like to get that done as well just seeing a few horror stories over here. That hurt just reading. I've also been asked to abstain from sexual activities for the time being owing to the current uti. Apart from this, how long did you guys have to wait before having sex cos of the snipping?
