Hi, premature ejaculation is a very common problem in young adults. It is found that 10-40% men are suffered from this problem. But you should not worry of it at all. Just get consultation with sexologist/ psychiatrist. You need counseling, and some minor exercise related to sex. Doctor may give you some drugs along with that.
