I had unprotected sex on 16 june. Then I took pregnancy test on 10 july that was negative, again I have done pregnancy test on 22 july that was also negative then I have done beta hcg blood test on 4 aug and the value was 0.584mui/ml. Then I take primolut n tablet n I got periods on 29 sept after 2 june. After that I had protected sex using condom on 14 september and 3rd november. And again I didn't get periods after 29 sept till today. So am I pregnant or not. Or is there any possibility that o might be pregnant? And after having protection during sex (condom) still there is any chance to get pregnant?

Since you got your periods in september, there is no chance that you were pregnant the first time. Condoms though are not totally effective, since you didn't get periods since september, the chance of pregnancy is minimal. I still recommend doing a urine pregnancy test. If negative, take primolut again and try to reduce your weight to a healthy range to get your periods regularised. Conversely, you can take oral contraceptive which are more effective.

There is very minimal chance of pregnancy, but still you should do a pregnancy test and if negative take primolut -n for 5 days, then when you get your periods you should get you pcos profile test done on day 2/3 of periods. Consult nearby gynaecologist as you bmi is high. In pcos most of the patients have pronged monthly cycles.
