Hi I am 23 years old, I have pretty bad dark circles, they are since I got into my teens, & pigmentayion in the peri-oral area& sides of the forehead. My neck also shoes dark some of the times. I have pcod, for which I took medicines for 6 months ( july dec 2014)& now the reports are normal. But dark circles are bothering me so very much.

Consume fruits and juices carrot, grape, coconut water in after noon. Avoid fried, spicy and pungent food. 1- lodhra powder 50 gm + manjistha powder 50 gm + arjun powder 50 gm + tankan bhasma 10 gm, mix in mixer, make it very fine (kapad chan), take 3-4 gm mix in honey and apply the paste on dark circles twice in a day keep for 1-2 hours and later wash with warm water (take care that paste may not enter in eye) 2- sarivadyasava 15 ml twice daily with water after food 3- triphala churna 5-6 gm at bed time with warm water continue for 3-4 months and give feed back after every month.
