On 8th sep I had sex with my bf and on 9th sep I got my periods, next month on 4th oct I got my periods again (as there was heavy blood flow) and 29th oct was my next date for periods but I haven't got my periods and i'm not getting the same pms symptoms as I used to get before, can I be pregnant?

First of all there you cannot expect your period will come in particular date, it can vary from 28+-7 days, which is normal, now as you have got your normal period after having sex in 2successive months then there is no chance of pregnancy,
