There are no food restrictions; but some doctors advice to avoid oily food; red meat; preserved; coloured and fast-junk food items. Take plenty of fruits and vegetables; simple home made fresh; easily digestable; food-small quantity-- at regular frequent intervals- with plenty of water. Avoid alcohol and smocking.
