During MRI of my Lumber spine the report says that" congenital fusion observed in L5-S1 joint" what does that mean and how serious it is. I am having hip stiffness and tan feeling from waist to knee to heel. I feel difficult to sit properly.

It is known as congenital sacralisation: for this you need supervised regular exercises to maintain the tone of surrounding muscles, existing nerve mobilization as well as tens (transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulator) to reduce neurogenic pain as well as some medicines also.
