I have been diagnosed with chalazion in my eye. After putting antibiotic drop itd still same. Do not want to go for surgery. M scared.

Hello. Relax. Chalazion is a very small eyelid problem. There is no role for antibiotic eyedrop. Its size my or may not increase. There are three treatmemt options. 1. Medical treatment. Which includes warm compresses, lid massage from up to down (but as your chalazion is 3 yrs old. Less likely to benefir from medical treatment) 2. Intralesional steroid injection 3. Incision and drainage. (very simple. Hardly 5 minutes procedure. Dont afraid from surgery.
