Hi my self Sima Goswami & I am 35 years old. I have ovarian syst. Recently I am doing CA125 and as per report it is 41.29U/ml. Please confirm me that is it indicated Ovarian Caner & also please confirm is it early Stage or it will be quarable.

No. The level of ca125 in your blood can increase for other reasons, not just ovarian cancer. A ca125 blood test result above 35 is not in itself an ovarian cancer diagnosis. If the level of ca125 in your blood is 35 or higher, your gp should arrange for you to have an ultrasound scan of your tummy and pelvis. The ultrasound scans will create pictures of your ovaries so that they can be checked for anything unusual, and will help your gynae to gather more information.
