I am 41 years old suffering from internal hemorrhoids. Is there a way to recover having only medicine without surgery. Thanks.

Only a general surgeon or a consulting gastroenterologist after an internal examination will answer the question. You may follow a healthy life style, regular walking exercise. Food intake rich in fibre like green leafy vegetables, fruits plenty of water, effective medication for constipation and hard stools like stool softerners or mild laxatives and local application of antihemorrhoidal creams will help but go by the advice of experts after consultation and direct examination.
