I had taken a chickenpox vaccine as a kid. I am 22years old now, male. I'm worried. Because everyone I know is somehow contracting chickenpox. What preventive measures should I take? Thank you.

It is a known fact that one can contract chickenpox even after having a childhood vaccination against it. Prevention is by keeping away from anyone sneezing or coughing, avoiding public places, avoiding touching anything in such places with your hands, wearing a face mask, etc. Having said that, one can't be careful enough all the time on all the days. Do not skip meals and have plenty of water to drink.
