I am 18 years old boy and my height is 5.6 and from last 1years my height is same as previous year. Does it have any specific reason? And can you suggest me some tips for height growth.

Your height can increase for at least 2 more years. Play basketball, do swimmin. Eat a protein rich diet. Take proper sleep and drink plenty of water. Take calcium supplements, do yoga and stretching. Sit in the sunlight for at least an hour or a half everyday. You can also take help of a gym trainer if your height has been the same for last one year, don't worry.
