My mom is 44 years old. Height 160 cm and weight is 76 kg. She is having varicose veins. Can you please suggest good workout for reducing her weight. Is brisk walking is good for reducing weight, then tell me the speed/km she want to walk and how much time to take walking?

Hi! She can go for a slow walk for 30 to 45 min everyday if she doesn't have any bone pains. Also she must check her diet like less oil in the cooking, less calories diet. And she can start yoga also. By taking care of her exercise, diet and yoga she can reduce her weight in a healthy manner. Also she must use good walking shoes instead of slippers that way her knees and back won't hurt.
