I've pain in armpit and discomfort and pain in breast m 28 years old. Is this a sign of breast cancer my report in feb said I had a simple cyst in my left breast and in my right breast a sub centimetre axillary node was seen. The pain is my my right breast and armpit m really worried is it cancer.
