I am feeling pain in the top part of penis and it feels like swollen, veins also get swell up when it changes in size. I was also having problem and irritation during urination. I had my urine r/m test done which reports "increased mucus threads" I also hurts when it start to erect. Is there any problem or it is due to infection please help me.
