I pressed my penis is opposite direction with force when it was erect, and then suddenly a cracking sound comes and I had a pain in the middle lower portion of my penis, I am very sacred now. I penis do get erect but not that firm, now but if I move it in the opposite direction I feel pain and lose erection. And when I tried to masturbate almost no sperm comes out, like it used to be, with it now semen was very thick like a clot and there was no ejaculatory liquid, it was like a thick semen clot without ejaculatory liquid. I am very sacred about what to do. Please help and guide.
