Hi, I get angry very fast. Reason is I went through tough situation in past nd now I couldn't take it anymore. Feel like frustrated, stressed, tensed don't know wat m doing. Things are not gng according to my way still. Even worried about marriage coz I am 29 now nd still no signs of it. This things makes me more angry nd stress. I couldn't sleep also at nights. Pls help with good advice m feeling lost completely.

Try different meditation, relaxing motivational music ,apps or youtube videos. More you have free time more you think of any such stuff which makes you sad so keep yourself busy in your work or spare time for your hobbies talk to people around you. Call your near ones and talk to them do not sit idle. Make your brain busy in work. As soon as you drift to any thought which you know will make you sad stop at that point. Get up go to open space take fresh air drink water and divert your that very thought. Esepcially when you get angry just count to 10 and take deep breaths. It will surely help to calm down. If still all this do not help do consult a psychiatrist ,doctor will surely be able to guide more properly.
