Hi, I am 14 weeks pregnant and tested corona positive yesterday. From 2 days I have bad headache, last night I have dry throat and today early morning, I am down with fever. It is 100.1. Before it, I was not having any symptoms. My husband got symptoms 4 days back and tested positive too. He is already on medication. We are a family of 2. I want to know, what is the safe medicine for fever in early pregnancy/ pregnancy like mine? What medicine of what mg? Please reply. It's urgent! thank you doctor.
