Sir, I am with smegma in my private part. I am 32 year male. It is hard for me to pull my foreskin of penis. Its also very painful. As I got this twice, when I approached to a dermatologist he had given me creams as ketodac and mometide along with the tab forcan - 150 by asking me to use them for a month. As I was using them it was alright, it was cleared. Again after few months I am facing same condition now. Will you please give a solution for this.
