I'm 26 years last year November I gave birth through C-section and I have been having severe backache and on February this year I had blood clots for 3 days then the whole of last week I was menstruating, and again it started today light bleeding with menstrual cramps please help me understand my menstrual cycle and how do I know that my scar is healing internally.
