Im 28 years male. I was diagnosed with paroxysmal palpitations - ?svt on october end and hypovitaminosis-d. Ecg showed sinus tachycardia and noticed mild st/t change. Trop 1 done was negative. Echocardiogram done and no abnormality detected. No thyroid problems. Clinical findings - normal blood pressure and chest clear. I undergone echocardiogram when I had the palpitations with 140 bpm. Cardiologist said its all normal and referred me to psychiatrist and he said I had panic attack. I later consulted a psychologist and I was diagnosed with hypochondria. I had recurrent panic attacks too. When I had recurrent panic attacks, I again took ecg and it was normal with only heart palpitations. Main symptoms during panic attacks were racing heart rate and heart pounding sometimes adrenal rush leading to sudden blood pressure spikes and also upset stomach with high gas trouble. My thoughts about health go deep sometimes and I feel disturbed. I was advised medicines and hypnotherapy. After doing hypnotherapy in the morning and my muscles felt weak slightly. It started increasing my anxiety slightly. I did a blood pressure check on Dr. Trust blood pressure device which had afib detection function on it. I took 6 readings and in that, all readings had normal values ranging from 106/67 to 123/75. Among them, 1 reading showed afib detected symbol with 111/65 and 80 bpm. While taking the readings I had fear and heart palpitations and heart pounding and I try to calm my mind to slow down heart rate while taking readings. After that, I walked for 1 hour to subside my stress. I again did the hypnotherapy and calmed my mind and heart pounding. Should I go and consult a nearby cardiologist and do any other heart tests further for this afib?
