I'm 19 years old male and I am suffering from testicular pain, pimples on glans and scrotum, swollen foreskin and frenulum. My scrotum has also turned a bit red. These symptoms are since last 6 months. A doctor told me it is because of excessive masturbation. My color doppler usg of inguinoscrotal area, usg of complete abdomen and urine test (routine and culture) are normal. If it is because of excessive masturbation, how can I treat it. I'm wearing supporter all day long and taking rest. Please tell this pain and all other symptoms are making me depressed every single day. I wasn't given mmr vaccine in childhood. But there no problem in ears or etc. My testis are also saggy and when the sperm gets ejaculated nocturnally, my penis and testis hurt a little. Right now I am not masturbating. Please help me get out of this situation.

Hello- Yes its true. Over masturbation depletes the body of necessary neurochemicals, which help power the sex drive and keep the body in a balanced state. These chemicals control everyday bodily functions such as hair growth; melatonin for sleep; thyroid chemicals to maintain weight; and acetylcholine for proper genital blood flow. Men who masturbate in excess see a depletion in blood flow and an increase of the inflammatory responses. When the testicles experience a reduction in blood flow along with inflammatory signals, pain can ensue. Men who over masturbate see a decrease in testicular circulation and an increase in stagnation that leads to pain and testicle soreness. Meanwhile the testicles experience an increase in testicular interstitial tissue edema that creates groin pain.
