I'm 19 years old male. There is pain in both of my testicles, lower back, hips and lower abdomen. Also there are some sticky white spots on my scrotum. Penis glans and foreskin also have those spots or pimples. Due to this my foreskin has turned slight red and is not coming back. I'm wearing supporter all day long and avoiding heavy work. I've undergone color doppler usg of inguinoscrotal area, usg of complete abdomen and urine test (routine and culture). All of my reports were normal. But the pain and pimples got aggravated with time. I'm suffering from this situation since last 6 months. None of the medications worked for me. Also there is slight burning sensation in penis glans. Please tell me what I am suffering of, and how to get out of it completely?
