Yesterday I had chest x ray which state prominent and thick broncho vascular markings in right basal region with peribronchal haziness at right basal region with conclusion of right basal bronchitis with very small patch of right basal pneumonitis.I am not having fever or weakness and I am going to gym every day and in past I have never suffered from pneumonia,I am having dry cough and little irritation/pain on left and right side of kidney, kindly suggest what type of pneumonia it is and how much time it will take to recover completely.
