Greetings of the day. My wife is suffering from last 2 years. She has fibroid on her vaginal wall, causing her pain, delayed periods, heavy bleeding during periods and avoiding sex due to pain during penetration. Please advise, suitable treatment in order to avoid surgery. We live in Hyderabad
