My period is 5 days late this, last I got it on aug 8,2020 and I experienced spotting from 21st august to 24th august and because of this I was put on azax 250 mg and fluka 150 mg for 3 days, still no sign of period and I am really stressed, any help would be grateful.

I would suggest you to not to worry about it. Menses may be delayed in young females due to multiple reasons such as stress, medicinal side effects, hormonal irregularities, pregnancy, etc. You should relax and wait for a few days and they shall return.
