Dear sir mujhe -2 ka chashma lagta h, mujhe contact lence karna h but yeah choose nhi kar pa raha hu ki koun sa contact lence -2 k liye best rahega ?

Soft contact lenses are the best. Use monthly disposables. I would suggest you use lenses from reputed brands like Cooper vision/ Bausch and Lomb/ Alcon etc. Maintaining lenses and cleaning them regularlyis very important.
