The amount of calories to be burnt to reduce the blood sugars depends upon many factor like age, sex, body weight etc. So there is no fixed value. What is recommended for most diabetics is a brisk walking of 30-45 mins. Heavy excercise for burning calories is usually not part of the diabetic recommendation.
