Sir, I have been knowing that I had problem in retraction of penis, while taking back the foreskin I can see my frenulum attached. While seeing it I feel so frustrated to move back my foreskin, my question is does it will break automatically or should I do with hard masturbation? Since I do masturbate slowly. And I have heard that many of them of my frnd hav was having problem like me (retraction, foreskin pulling back problem) but when the had sex it was broken automatically and after all they can do their retraction of foreskin, does I have any other option without consulting doctor or getting for a sex? I do feel afraid to retract while seeing the frenulum while retracting back. So I kindly request me to find this solution for my problem which will be convenient to do at my own. Thank you.

Hello- " Phimosis" is the technical term for an un-retractable foreskin. The foreskin of the penis is not retractable in an infant or a young child. This is considered to be a normal part of development. As the child grows into puberty the foreskin naturally separates itself from the head of the penis, allowing for complete retraction.
