I have a slight burning sensation at the tip of my penis. It feels to be on the underside of the urethra. Also the lower part of the meatus is slightly inflamed. Symptoms started 2 days back. I first felt it after a workout session wearing boxers (i usually wear briefs for workouts). So, it might have been caused due to friction. So, i'm not sure if this is due to an infection or an injury. Right now i'm just keeping the area clean and applying a small amount of fucidin to the tip. There's no pain while urination and there's no urge to urinate frequently. But the burning sensation is consistent. Is there any test I can get done to rule out infection? I'm uncircumcised and have been sexually inactive for 2 years.
