I have pain in my left testis. So I gone through doppler scrotum. It was varicocele grade 2 in left testis. But that pain will not be continuously. Also it is not severe pain. Not difficulty. Also I undergone semen analysis. Sperm count and motility was normal; more than 45 percent for both. I'm going to marry with in 3 months. So surgery is compulsory or not? Will it go for medicine or not?
