I have smegma buildup around my penis and then I washed it today and it got dried and itchy and the foreskin also pains a little when I retract it. I have been advised to go for frenuloplasty surgery due to frenulum breve. Till the time which cream or ointment should I use to ease the itchy penis apart from washing it with warm water.
