Sir recently I got married the main problem to convey you is that when I was doing sex with my wife I don't get any pleasurable sensation it become numb I do not get any satisfaction and I do not get any sensitivity when I move in vagina but my wife felt happy when I do sex but I do not get any sensation. please help me.

Hello- you might be suffering from male orgasmic disorder.
