Hello! my age is 36 .i got my periods on last 15th may 2020. Today is my 17th day but from 14th day I can feel tender and sore breast and my breast size has increased I feel discomfort while sleeping and turning on sides as I xan feel the weight. I am wearing bra in day time that time it is little better but in so many years I never felt this kind of discomfort .before this period my last period was on 17 jan 20 then I did not get period till march then I visited ganga he gave me deviry after that also no period so I started taking oziva herb for pcod and irregular menses from 17th april 20 then got periods on 15 may which was surprising for me .periods were normal lasted 4 to 5 days with less pain. Oziva has herbs like chasteberry .redrasberry. Aloevera and some more .i had undergone laparoscopy last year in aug 2019 after that I took lupride in aug 19 so I guess my periods were delayed I started getting hot flashes also in march 20. So I was worried but oziva herb helped me cure hot flashes but this sudden breast tenderness is confusing as I never had this issue in past .my breast feel little tender just 3 days before period but not like this where I feel heavy and asif they are sagging and I need a bra only I am in my mid cycle now can herb supplement increase breast size so from 2 days I am not taking oziva .oziva has some herbs for balance hormones and regulate cycle it balances progesterone levels .what should I do now .i am also planning for baby I am very positive this mbth thinking my cyle has returned without deviry. I am doing exercise daily reduce sugar intake as I came to know that I am in prediabetes zone in march 20 so I started doing regular exercise and cutting down on sugar my only concern is this breast tenderness otherwise all is ok with me. Pls reply asap.

Breast tenderness may be due to hormonal overplay, it can happen sometimes in menstrual cycle, don't worry, if it continues to be soo then visit a gynaecologist.
