Hey doctor, I am 28 years old guy. From last 4 months I am facing a problem, I get white substance around the cover of my penis. Which makes the skin very tight and now I am unable to pull my cover up. When I stop masturbation I feels that its getting fine slowly slowly but when I again masturbate again I feel the same issue as you its really hard for me to leave masturbation I can leave it for 6-7 days but than I do it again please suggest me something.

It's a precum which lays under the skin and you find the white thing you need to always wash it regularly and stop getting aroused and masturbate too much it may lead to nerve debility.

That's due to deposition of dried precum. U need to clean it every time to avoid this situation. Also avoid excessive masturbation. Take care.
